Most of these producers create their products in small batches to ensure quality. We also have great quality gourmet lifestyle accessories.
We have great domestic products like Campagna Wine Jellies, Hotlips Sodas, and Brent & Sam's Gourmet Cookies. Also, terrific imported products such as Dauro de l'Emporda Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mustapha's Moroccan Harissa, and Bartolini Umbrian Lentils. We have many products that are certified organic along with Fair Trade and items produced by "socially concerned" artisans.
We research and try every product so that we are sure it is of the highest quality and is outstanding in taste and every item is guaranteed 100%! SHIPPING
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. However, orders sometime require human intervention. That’s a polite way of saying our system is not sophisticated enough to figure it out!
Shipping is a flat fee of $9.99 for any order for the first 10 pounds! Then, rate is based on weight and distance. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. We may also ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, especially to rural areas when Priority Mail rates are lower than FedEx. For overnight delivery, please call us at 425-270-5806 for rates.
When is the charge applied to my credit card? We will place a charge to your card when your order is packad and ready to ship.
Why is shipping a flat fee of $9.99? If we need to ship your order via Priority Mail $9.99 is for the regular Flat Rate Box.
What if I just order one item and shipping costs are lower that $9.99? We welcome all orders, big or small. When we receive an order and the shipping costs are materially lower than $9.99 we will lower the shipping charge and it will be reflected on your invoice.
Why can’t I pick Priority Mail for my shipping method? This is one of those instances when our systems are not sophisticated enough to figure it out. Because we have so many products of varying size, something(s) you pick might not fit in the Priority Mail Box. Also, it could be cheaper to send your order via FedEx. This requires human intervention to determine.
Shipping Beer and Wine
You may place an order that includes beer/wine but usually ships separately in special boxes required by FedEx to your home or office. State law, as well as FedEx policy, requires an adult signature at the time of delivery for every package containing beer/wine. Due to State & Federal regulations governing the limitations of shipping alcohol, and our own shipping parameters, we can only ship beer/wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV.
