Nirmala's Kitchen Tunisian Harissa

Harissa is a fiery Tunisian blend, made predominantly from red-hot chilies, that is used as an accompaniment to a wide variety of foods. Mix one part harissa blend with two parts olive oil. (Adjust to create the consistency you desire.) Serve with crusty bread or pita bread, rice dishes and couscous. It is also a wonderful substitute for mustard and mayonnaise on sandwiches.
